When will you send me my order?
Order before 12, and your order will be prepared and shipped on the same day, from our offices in France.
Your order will be sent by Colissimo delivery to your home starting from €4.50.
Your order is sent in a discreet package with no mention “CBD”.
How long does it take for delivery?
We work with La Poste/ Collisimo.
They take between 2 and 4 days to deliver to you in mainland France.
For deliveries in Europe and worldwide, it depends on the country and the carrier. Count on average between 5 and 10 days.
Tracking
All order are tracked and you will receive an email to confirm shipping and the link to the tracking number.
What is “Click & Collect”?
If you are in Chamonix you can pick up your order from us or at one of our points of sale.
So you do not pay shipping costs. Your order is prepared on the day. You will receive an e-mail or text informing you that your order is ready.
Return Process
If you’re having second thoughts about your purchase, don’t worry; you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it and get a refund.
The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and un used.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

Product effectiveness
If our products didn’t perform for you, there’s a good chance that you haven’t found the right dosage yet.
If you believe that to be the case, simply reach out to our customer support team through email at info@cbdstudios.eu and somebody will help you find the right CBD product and dosage for you, and to send a coupon to try that product.
If you’ve used a majority or all of your product, you’re not eligible for a refund or return.
