Our hemp is tested on the farm where it is grown, then at the lab where it is processed and at the end after the final product is formulated.

Products have a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture if stored in a cool, dark place, out of direct sunlight and kept closed.

There is no standard dose for CBD. Personal needs will vary depending on your unique Endocannabinoid System, your symptoms, and your height/weight/metabolism etc.

We suggest starting with 2-4 drops of oil for a few days, and then adjust from there until you find your optimal dosage.

A tin can last for a year, if used as a lip balm or just a week if using CBD for pain relief.

Using your finger to take the balm form the tin and then rub it  onto the effected area.

CBD Studios recovery balm is made with 100% natural ingredients, so no chemicals are used for emulsifying or preserving. 

If your balm gets hot and it melts, when it re- firms in the tin it can form grains. This is the shea butter.

We suggest if this happens re-melting it and placing it a fridge or freezer for 10 minutes to re-solidify and the crystals should not form.
