CBD energy balls

All of the ingredients in this recipe make a healthy, super nutritious, balanced snack.
The oats provide complex carbohydrates and fiber, the nuts provide protein and healthy fats.
These ingredients will help you to stay fuelled, full, and focused.
These energy balls are healthy perfect for an after workout snack, to take on a bike ride, hike or trail run.
CBD chocolate energy balls
If you want to top up your daily dose of CBD, you must make these CBD chocolates. They make a delicious snack and will take the edge off day or even promote calm and muscle relief during a long run whilst also providing you with fuel.
100gr cocoa powder
50gr coconut oil
50gr mixed coarsely ground nuts of your choice
10gr of dates (optional)
Put all ingredients in a baine-marie. This will melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Stir and make sure all the nuts are mixed in well.
Leave to cool a little.
Drop in 22 drops of CBD oil 5%
If you are aiming for 2 drops in each ball. This recipe will make 11 balls.
Spoon out 11 spoons of equal size. The mixture should be easy to roll in your palm into balls.
Place on a plate and over with foil and leave in the fridge for about an hour.
They are ready to eat, or leave in the fridge or freezer until required.
Do not forget they contain CBD, so try not to eat them all at once 🙂
