What is causing poor sleep is the first thing to decipher?
The famous Mayo Clinic USA, states that insomnia can be caused by:
Anxiety and depression
Medication, which can disturb your sleep-wake cycle
Physical conditions such as discomfort or aches
Caffeine, especially when consumed late in the day
Environmental factors, such as loud noises or an uncomfortable bed
