

What is CBD?
CBD is one of the 104 cannabinoids (chemical compounds) found in the cannabis plant. Cannabinoids are also produced naturally in the human body. They are part of the Endocannabinoid system and are responsible for homeostasis in the body. This system is vital for maintaining moods, stress or physical discomfort.
When CBD from hemp is used as a supplement it can help to boost wellbeing by balancing the Endocannabinoid system. There is more and more evidence being gathered suggesting its efficacy in dealing with ACNE, INFLAMMATION, STRESS, ANXIETY, SLEEP.
CBD is extracted from industrial hemp plants and added to a carrier oil. It can then used as a supplement by ingesting it orally, vaping or using externally on the body.

What is The Entourage Effect? As well as CBD, the Hemp plant is also full of other cannabinoids. Some of these are CBG, CBN & CBC which when taken all work together. This is called the entourage effect. Terpenes are another one, found in herbs, trees and fruit it is what gives cannabis its distinctive smell. Vitamin A, C, E and B complex vitamins (niacin, riboflavin, and thiamine) and beta-carotene are also found in full spectrum CBD oil. Zinc, potassium, iron, calcium and phosphorus are minerals found. 20 amino acids, Omega 3 and omega 6 are also found. This is what we find in full spectrum CBD.
