CBD white chocolates recipe
The first thing when you are making chocolates is to decide on your desired dose.
You need to work out how many chocolates you will be making.
I planned to pour and flatten the mixture on the bottom of a Tupperware. This Tupperware is flexible so when the mix is hard it pops out and can be cut. 20 chocolates, about 2 cm squares.
I then know to add 40 drops of CBD to get 2 drops per chocolate.
100gr White chocolate cocoa butter
30 gr Sugar or honey
Or instead of these, just use a bar of good quality white chocolate, and break into small pieces
50gr coconut oil
30 gr mixed ground nuts
a few drops of vanilla extract
-Set up a Baine- marie. (simmerign water in a saucepan, with a smaller saucepan inside.)
-Put ingredients in the smaller saucepan over the simmering pan. This is so it doesn’t all get too hot.
-Let everything melt and stir.
-Pour into a heatproof bowl and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Until it starts to get a little bit firm.
-Take out of the fridge and use a whisk, fork, or hand held blender to make sure the nuts have not sunk and other ingredients are mixed properly.
It will also make the chocolate really creamy J
-Add the 40 drops at this stage = will equal 2 drops per square.
-Pour into the bottom of a suitable size Tupperware and flatten mixture.
-Put in the fridge for 20 minutes or so.
-Carefully pop the chocolate slab out.
-Cut into 20 pieces (or the number you have calculated)
